Who I am
I am Lilia Rusconi, a Chilean attorney who practices exclusively family law. I graduated in Legal and Social Sciences from the Universidad de Valparaíso, I hold the title of abogado (lawyer) granted by the Supreme Court of Chile, and I founded Rusconi Abogado in 2010. I work alone: you deal with me directly during the whole process, with no assistants in between.
Many of the people who contact me live outside Chile, with children, ex-partners or family proceedings here. I work by video call, so distance is not an obstacle to working together.
What I do
- Divorce: by mutual agreement, unilateral and fault-based.
- Child support (pensión de alimentos): claims, enforcement, reduction and termination.
- Day-to-day care and visitation (cuidado personal and relación directa y regular).
- Compensation after divorce (compensación económica), parentage and adoption.
- Domestic violence protection measures and parental responsibility (Law 21.484).
Credentials
- Universidad de Valparaíso: degree in Legal and Social Sciences.
- Title of abogado (lawyer): granted by the Supreme Court of Chile.
- Practice focused on family law since 2010.
